Creation Management
Artist Manager / Office Manager
July 2001 to February 2005
I joined the quirky and vibrant Ricochet (artist management) to look after artists that included Keith Flint (Prodigy) and Incognito. This evolved into a three-year period at Creation Management, another young company set-up by Stephen King and the iconic Alan McGee (the driving force behind Oasis).
Creation Management became highly successful and I undertook the full management of bands including The Libertines, The D4, The Kills, The Beta Band, Incognito and Kathryn Williams. I worked with Stephen King and Alan McGee to look after each bands business affairs, diary management, organise world tours, merchandise and sponsorship deals, press campaigns, recordings and contracts, and I was creative director for bands websites. As the central point person for each bands activity I worked with international record labels to coordinate artist release plans and implement campaigns not only in the UK and Europe but also in North America, Japan, China, Australia, New Zealand, Brazil and Mexico.
